Description

Tanya Kochmarova is a talented young Ukrainian artist, 18 years of age, displaced from Ukraine by the war and currently living and studying her A-levels in Oxford, UK. She has created many deep and moving artworks which were submitted to the Kingston University of London, and they have given her an unconditional offer based on these!  While many of her works are too intense for the Beauty for Peace exhibition, we have received and accepted the beautiful painting you see here, and currently have one more of her other works awaiting submission and review – to be displayed here as soon as possible, so you can appreciate more from this interesting fresh talent!
She says: “I’m inspired to make people think: with every artwork I want to make people have a cognitive dissonance, different interpretations, debates, I just want my paintings to make people FEEL.”
